ASU TEST PREP GRAD PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION FORM

Private Tutoring for the DAT, GMAT, GRE, LSAT, OAT, SAT, ACT, and MCAT are offered at a discounted rate to ASU Alumni, Faculty, and Staff. In order to qualify for ASU’s Grad Prep Program, powered by The Princeton Review, a student must meet and/or complete all of the following requirements:

Alumni must provide The Princeton Review with verification of graduation via his or her ASU unofficial transcript.
Faculty and staff must provide The Princeton Review with a copy of a paystub dated within the last 30-days.
Children and spouses of faculty, staff, and alumni are also eligible for a discount. Please send the appropriate form to verify your status to qualify for family discounts.
