Listed below are regularly required Annual Maintenance Services. You may use this form to cancel certain services or your entire contract, subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement with Roose Brothers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  Lawn will be cut weekly unless determined otherwise by Roose Brothers. Electronic statement will be issued monthly (statements sent via U.S. mail incur a $2.50 service fee.).  Late fees apply if payment not remitted by Due Date. Fuel surcharges may apply to monthly activity.  Any weekly cancellation must be approved by Roose Brothers and made 2 business days prior to scheduled cutting day.  You, as a valued customer, must enjoy your summer and leave the work up to us!"
