INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ!

You can use this form to submit your February Muster observations at one site. If you survey more than one site, please fill out a separate form for each site. 

Please submit even if all days show 0 (zero) Gang-gangs. This is valuable information.

WHAT TO DO

NOTE: If you can't see the map on the form below (used to identify your site location) then make SURE that you answerd 'yes' or 'allow' or similar to any dialog box or information bar that asks for access to your computer's location data. Try refreshing the page and look for such a dialog box or an information bar near the top or bottom of the page.  If you can't get the map to appear then fill out other information and mention in 'Notes' box that you could not access the map.

STEP 1. As you can only fill out and submit this electronic form once, you will need to record your week's data before filling in the form.

STEP 2. Fill out your details and the site location - give the address, or if your site is not at a street address, please give the closest street address AND describe the site location in the 'Notes' field.

STEP 3. Drag the map pointer to precisely show the location.  This will return the latitude and longitude of your site. (See note above if you can't see a map).

STEP 4. For each day you were present at this site, fill out the 'LARGEST NUMBER' box.  If you observed the birds feeding and/or the sex and age of any birds you can add this information in the 'Notes' field below.

IF YOU WERE NOT AT YOUR SITE ON ANY DAY, THEN MAKE SURE YOU UNTICK THE CHECKBOX FOR THAT DAY. 

IF YOU WERE AT YOUR SITE ON THE DAY. MAKE SURE THE CHECKBOX IS TICKED AND A NUMBER IS IN THE "LARGEST NUMBER" FIELD.

STEP 5. When you have completed all parts of the form click "SUBMIT".  You will receive a copy of your form data by email.
