  • Users who wish to receive listing input and maintenance rights on the MLSBox system must:

    1) Receive authorization from the MLS Participant (Sponsoring Broker)

    2) Register and complete this online training.  There are 4 videos, each followed by a few multiple choice questions.  Total time to complete should be between 30-45 minutes from start to finish and it must be completed in one sitting.

  • CORRECTION:  The previous video showed a "public" checkbox when adding a document to the MLS.   This function IS available on our system.   Putting a check in the "public" checkbox will make that document accessible to any member of the public (potential buyers or sellers) who receive customer reports from another agent on that listing.   If you leave the public box unchecked, that document is not available publicly, but is still available to other members of the MLS.
