  • This form is to request accommodation for visual or hearing impairments when taking an in-person homebuyer education class. Alternatively, you can find a virtual/Zoom class here or a self-directed online course from eHome America here.

     

    If you need to attend an in-person homebuyer class instead, please tell us why and complete the form below to request onsite interpretation.

  • Date of submission of request form is at least 2-3 weeks from the first class date requested above.

    I understand WSHFC Admin will confirm one of the seminar dates listed above, by confirming with seminar instructors and ASL Network Interpreter staff. Until all of these steps are completed and communicated to requestor/client, interpretation services aren't finalized.

    I understand if I am unable to attend confirmed interpreted seminar I must provide WSHFC written notice (email semsetup@wshfc.org) at least 48 business hours in advance.

    I understand if I fail to provide proper cancellation notice I may be responsible for the interpretation service fees.

  • Confirmation of receipt of the request will be sent to all email recipients listed above by a WSHFC Admin staff person. Confirmation of services may take one to two weeks.
