Please read and sign below to agree to the terms and conditions of payment via commissions on future closings with JMG Real Estate. * This field is required.EXHIBIT C: SCHEDULE OF TERMS 2.0 AGENT BLUEPRINT: The contractor agrees to participate in the Company’s agent training program (AgentBlueprint 101) which will be provided by the Company in accordance with its standard terms and procedures. The contractor agrees to participate in good faith, and complete any and all assignments, and other components of the Program that are the Contractor’s responsibility. Although subject to change without notice, the Program currently consists of seven (7) courses offered over a 30-60 day period. In exchange for the Company providing the Program to Contractor, and ancillary services related thereto, the Contractor agrees to pay the company a total of $2,500 in commissions as payment for the training program. This payment will be provided from the contractor and fulfilled from the contractor commissions on all future transactions until the $2,500 is paid in full. If this Agreement terminates for any reason prior to the end of the Training Period, then the Contractor shall still be responsible for paying the Company $2,500.
