Thank you in advance for volunteering for the Step Up for Down Syndrome Awareness Walk presented by the Down Syndrome Parents Group of WNY. Our event will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 11AM-2PM at Coca Cola Field, Buffalo, NY. This is a rain or shine event. Please come dressed appropriately for the weather. On the day of the event please report to the volunteer check in table in the back parking lot of Coca Cola Field to receive your assignment.

Some of the volunteer assignments include set-up/clean-up, activities/games, facilitating the walk, food prep, etc. Please make us aware if there are any restrictions on what you are able to volunteer for. Volunteers should report to the Volunteer Check-in inside the back entrance of Coca Cola Field. Every effort will be made to keep volunteers under the age of 18 on-site. It is important that you arrive 15 minutes in advance of your selected shift in order to check-in, receive your assignment and volunteer shirt.

I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT MY PARTICIPATION IN PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS MAY BE EDITED AND USED IN WHOLE OR IN PART AS DESIRED FOR THIS PROGRAM, WHICH MAY BE PRODUCED, REPLICATED, DISTRIBUTED AND USED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES.
