LOGO RULES — Sponsors, please send a high-resolution version of your logo (ideally as an EPS file) to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible or upload below. Please note that your logo will NOT appear on Genderfest materials until received, regardless of sponsorship start date.
AD ARTWORK RULES — All advertisements are to be supplied as print-ready digital files. High-resolution JPG or PDF files are preferred. All files must be output at 300 ppi at the finished print size. The program will be printed in full color, so CMYK ads are greatly preferred. Greyscale ads are accepted if necessary for artistic merit. We do not accept files in any native application format (.DOC, .PPT, .PUB, .PSD, etc.). If our staff must modify your file to make it print-ready, any necessary changes or corrections will be billed at $45 per hour.
VENDOR RULES — Your registration includes the opportunity to table at Genderfest for two days. Tables do not have access to electricty. Nothing may be hung on the wall. The conference vendor fair will be open from approximately 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 15 and Saturday, Sept. 16. Vendors may break down as early as 2 p.m. on Saturday. Vendors may set up no earlier than 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14 and must remove all equipment and supplies from The Center by 7 p.m. Saturday. Specific loading instructions will be emailed in early August. A solo table may accommodate two staff from your organization, whereas a shared table will accommodate one staff person. Securing a vendor table does not provide access to the conference for your table staff; however, you may contact us to discuss a package that allows conference access for your staff. Please bring your own logo tablecloth if possible. The vendor fair will be located in the lobby of The Center and will be accessible to attendees and the public alike. Secure overnight storage of your materials is not available.
