Prairie Dorm Rentals Payment Form

Thank-you for your interest in renting facilities on Prairie's campus. By providing preliminary information, you will help our staff serve you best. Our dorm rooms each have two beds in them, with two desks and two closets. Our dorms are gender specific.
NEW DORMS Opening Fall 2025

To ensure a smooth and successful opening of our new college residence, we're focusing all our efforts on preparing the building for our students. Because of this, we won't be able to accept any guest bookings for September - December. We appreciate your understanding as we work to get the new residence ready.

Please note that registering online does not guarantee a room is available. If we are unable to accommodate you we will refund the amount paid.

When you arrive, your keys will be available for pick up from the External Events coordinator, or at the Front Desk in the Maxwell Centre Atrium (hours Mon-Fri 9-5pm). We ask that you are out of your room by 3pm on your final day.

If you are arriving on the weekend, please arrange pick up prior to your stay with the External Events coordinator @ 403-443-5511 ext. 816 OR events@prairie.edu
