Please use this form if you are a new home owner who needs a replacement FOB for access to the community pool. New owners get one free FOB. Replacement FOB's are $20. If you are a new tenant, you need to contact the owner or the rental manager for access to the assigned FOB. Thank you!

Each home has been assigned one fob access card. This fob access card allows access to the pool to all registered residents that are in good standing with the HOA as outlined in the community guidelines available on this website. By submitting this form to the HOA, you are attesting that you and all the members of your household have read the community and pool guidelines and will abide by these guidelines at all times. Furthermore, you will inform all residents and guests of your home of these guidelines and will be responsible for their actions at all times when using the McKinley Mill HOA facilities.
