    • Any events that take place within two weeks of submission date will not be processed as a marketing request.
    • The Sigma Pi Executive Office can not disperse information that utilizes peer-to-peer payment processing such as Venmo, Cash App, Paypal, Zelle or other platforms. However, a link to an event registration page hosted through a platform such as Eventbrite is allowed.

  • USING EMAILER

    Chapters and alumni clubs now send communications directly through Emailer, the Fraternity's internal messaging system.

    Emailer gives Chapter Leaders, Chapter Advisors, and Alumni Club Leaders access to their full audience, including undergraduates and alumni connected to their associated chapter.

    To send an email:

    • Log in at portal.sigmapi.org
    • Click your chapter or alumni club name in the top right
    • Select “Emailer” on the next page
    • Create and send your message to your audience

    No external email platform is needed. All distribution happens within Emailer.
