• Sunbridge Volume Discount Application

  • The administrator (or other school contact person) should fill out this form in order to register a group of attendees for volume discount.

    Based on this list, and in conjunction with individual registrations made by the attendees noted (instructions regarding this, below), an invoice will be generated, just after the event begins, payable upon receipt.

    This form must be completed no later than 5pm on the Tuesday prior to the beginning of the event.

  • In order for these registrations to be complete, each teacher/staffer listed above must also fill out a registration form by 5pm Tuesday before the event begins. Please inform them of this requirement as soon as possible.
