• Application for I-20

    (I-20 Eligibility Form)
  • If you are an international applicant, please do the following:

    1. Read all information on our International Students web page,
    2. Complete the Sunbridge admissions application for the program you are applying to, AND
    3. Complete the information below to apply for the I-20 needed to obtain a student visa.

This form can also be used for international students who:

    • have an application submitted, or
    • are returning for the next intensive of their program.

All students note that, for Sunbridge to sponsor your I-20, you must return to your country in between each and every intensive of your program, and apply again for an I-20 and visa for the next intensive. The government's I-901 fee must be paid each time, and if your visa is not granted for one or more intensives, you will have to make up the intensive at a later date in order to graduate.

Also note that Sunbridge-sponsored international students are not permitted to work or volunteer during their stay in the United States. Whatever work experience your program requires must be obtained in your own country.

If this arrangement is not workable for you, please discuss with your immigration lawyer for other options.

  • Please find the dates of your upcoming Early Childhood or Elementary intensive, then tell us the dates that you plan to visit the United States for this intensive. Note that you are not permitted to arrive any more than 30 days before the intensive, nor stay any more than 30 days after the intensive.

Also note that this procedure must be repeated for each and every intensive of your program, so as soon as you return to your country, you will need to apply again for the I-20 using this form.
