Proposals are due Sunday, February 22, 2020 and you will be notified if you have been accepted by April 15. You must confirm that you will be participating by May 27 or your proposal will be withdrawn. All confirmed presenters and co-presenters must submit the $260 registration fee by May 27 or your proposal will be withdrawn OR if registration fees are being paid by a third party or institution, the expected day of payment must be submitted by May 27. By submitting your proposal you are agreeing to the terms set above.
