  • We look forward to welcoming your group to the Pensacola MESS Hall. Please fill out this form to help us schedule your visit.
  • Thank you for your interest in a child's birthday party at the MESS Hall! We look forward to sharing your special day with you. Please fill out the form below to provide us information on your group and to make a deposit for the party. 

    As a reminder, a birthday party includes 2 hours of our party room, admission for 20 kids and 20 adults, and open exploration of the exhibits and mess kits. Hosts may provide food and non-alcoholic beverages for attendees, to be consumed in the party room. All food, including lollipops, must be consumed only in the party room. No alcoholic beverages are permitted.

    You may bring decorations for the party room, if desired. However, in order to provide a pleasant experience for all of our visitors, we do not allow balloons or confetti.

    The total price for the party is $225/$275 members/nonmembers. (Learn more about becoming a member.)

  • During the summer, we schedule groups visits as "field trips". Please visit our Field Trips page for more information about summer group visits.

    For school year group visits on weekdays, please contact our Public Programs Coordinator for scheduling.

  • Please acknowledge the following key points for your group. By clicking submit, you are agreeing to abide by the requirements listed.

  • Saturday groups should arrive between 10-10:30 AM on the date they reserve. Dates with a PM option are for a 1 - 1:30 PM arrival. Weekday groups can arrive between 1 PM - 3 PM. The MESS Hall closes at 5 PM, regardless of arrival time.

    Entire group enters when payment for all attendees is made. Late arrivals not prepaid will pay regular admission rate.

  • The group rate of $13 per person is applicable for groups with a single payer. If visitors pay separately, they will be charged the $15 per person rate.

    This reservation requires a $50 deposit. The remainder of the fee will be calculated upon arrival and will need to be paid by one payer.

  • Each group should have at least 1 adult for 5 children. The adults pay the $13 group rate. All children shall be supervised by chaperones at all times.

  • Minimum group size is 10; maximum is 25.

  • When you hit submit, you will be taken to PayPal to make a payment. Your reservation will be complete once the deposit is paid. You can pay either through a PayPal account or choose credit or debit card.

    Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellations made more than 48 hours receive a 50% refund.
