  • Membership Changes

  • Please provide the information below for all member(s) who will be on your membership account after we make your category change.

    As examples, if you are moving from a Family membership to a Dual Adult membership, please list the two adults on the new membership category. If you are moving from an Individual Membership to a Family Membership, please list all family members, including children under the age of 25, who will be included on your new membership. 

    If you need to add multiple people, please select the "Add another" button and you can add additional member information. 

  • Adding an Additional Adult to Family Membership

    You may add an additional adult over the age of 25 to your family membership. The additional adult must live in the same household. The cost of $24 per person will be added to your monthly membership contract.

     Please list member name and birthdate below. If you need to add multiple people, please select the "Add another" button and you can add additional member information. 

  • Membership Holds

    To put a membership on hold, we require a start date and an end date. If you are on a monthly billed contract, your hold will start at the end of your current month. Upon receipt of this form, we will charge a one-time $35 hold fee. Billing will automatically resume on the next billing cycle after the end date of your hold.

    You are eligible to put your membership on hold once per calendar year, for up to three months.

  • Membership Holds cannot exceed three (3) months. Please select a Hold End Date within 3 months of your Hold Start Date.

  • Cancellation
    We require 30 days' notice to cancel your membership, which will start from the day we receive this form. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel your membership before your initial 12-month commitment, your monthly obligation continues.
