Submission Deadline in order to be eligible to vote at 2019 AGM - October 1, 2019
Please complete this form in order for your club to be considered for membership with Rhythmic Gymnastics Alberta.
- The fee for club registration is $100 and can be made by cheque or e-transfer to payments.rga@gmail.com
- Payment of the Club Registration Fee must be received by RGA by Oct. 1st, 2019 in order for you club to have the ability to vote at the RGA Annual General Meeting on Nov.17, 2019.
FYI - Individual Membership Registration
- The individual membership registration form will be available to all registered clubs on the RGA website on August 26th, 2019.
- Deadline for submission of individual membership registration and fees is October 20th, 2019.
- IMPORTANT: Please note that your club must submit the individual membership registration form and fees by the stated deadline in order it to receive weighted voting based on your membership numbers at the 2019 RGA AGM. Any registrations submitted or paid after midnight, October 20th, 2019 will NOT be eligible for weighted voting.

The following original documents must be kept at the club office and transmitted to RGA on request.
- Signed image releases and privacy policy releases.
- Club coaches (18 or above) will complete a job application form and have a Criminal Record Check (including Vulnerable Sector Check) completed and verified every three years.
- All board members, managers and parents supervising the team shall have a current Criminal Record Check with a vulnerable sector check verified by the club and/or the province.
- Record of Opt-In for electronic messages from your club and for RGA as per Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
- Assumption of Risk Document for Minors
- Waivers for Adults
On behalf of our member club, and through the electronic signature below, I waive liability and agree to hold RGA/ARSGF harmless and indemnify:
- Liability: In consideration of registration with ARSGF/RGA, I, intending to be legally bound, agree to RELEASE, SAVE HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY the ARSGF/RGA, its agents, employees and volunteers, and Gymnastics Canada Gymnastique, from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to person or property whatsoever and howsoever caused, arising out of, or in connection with my association with RGA/ARSGF, Gymnastics Canada, RGA/ARSGF Member Clubs, and/or entry in RGA/ARSGF events, or which may arise out of my traveling to or participating in and returning from the said events.
- I further agree to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY the Alberta ARSGF/RGA, its agents, employees and volunteers, the facility and/or its agents from any and all actions, claims, demands, losses judgments or costs of any nature to any third party resulting from my association with or entry in the said event and I agree not to make any claims or take any proceedings against any person, society, corporation or other legal entity who might claim contribution or indemnity form the ARSGF/RGA, the Organizers, the Course Conductors, the facility and/or its agents in respect of matters which are subject of this Release. I agree that this Release shall bind my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
I agree to the following mandatory conditions to maintain my club’s membership in good standing with Rhythmic Gymnastics Alberta (ARSGF)*

As a member club, I agree that we will be governed by the bylaws
and policies of the RGAI understand that I will be invoiced by RGA for the applicable fees.My club has signed waivers and assumption of risk documents that include RGA as in sample above.My club has signed image releases and privacy policyCoaches, Board Members, Managers and Parent Supervisors will complete a criminal record check every 3 years as per policy.My club will link back to RGA's website and facebook pageI agree on behalf of my club members to receive electronic messages

RGA of any changes re CASL requirements by our members.
