  • EVENT APPLICATION

  • Members are encouraged to schedule events which involve more than their immediate family.  The information for the event is requested at least 2 weeks prior to the event so we can ensure that insurance is validated and scheduling conflicts do not occur.

  • **We will inform you of other parties occurring that day.  You must reserve your own spot the day of the event**

  • For your event, please submit the following:

    1. A Certificate of General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 naming the Summit Recreation and Social Club, Inc. as “additional insured” and the certificate holder for the date(s) of your event. 
    2. The Certificate of General Liability Insurance must contain an Endorsement including coverage for property damage while the Club property is occupied by the permittee, for the event that reflects that the Summit Recreation and Social Club, Inc. is an additional insured for the event.  Coverage for property, with property address must be explicitly stated.
    3. **If you intend to have alcohol (either provided by you, or guests bringing their own) you must have an alcohol endorsement on your insurance policy for day of event.**
    4. Signed Hold Harmless agreement (Provided by Summit Recreation and Social Club after General Liability Insurance has been submitted).
    5. Without the above documentation, Summit Recreation and Social Club reserves the right to deny your guests attendance.

  • EVENT GUIDELINES

    1. Please arrive on time
    2. Advise guests on posted pool guidelines
    3. No glass permitted
    4. You are responsible for your guests, their conduct and safety, while they are on the premisis, throughout the event.
    5. DO NOT prop the door open, and please have guests sign in.
    6. Please do not allow non-members to access the facility during your event.  Entry should be closely monitored.  Anyone not a guest, and without a membership card and lanyard should not be allowed to enter the facility.
  • AFTER THE EVENT

    1. Clean the area of the event
    2. Take trash out to brown trash bins
    3. Return all tables, chairs and BBQ's back to their place.
    4. If BBQ'ing with charcoal, please apply water to cool ashes.
    5. Inform Pool Board of any issues.
  • I acknowledge receipt of these rules and agree to follow all pool rules and policies of membership at Summit Recreation & Social Club.
