TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. CANCELLATION POLICY All booking cancellations must be in writing and shall only be effective upon acknowledged receipt by Timeless Travels. Cancellations must be made prior to September 1 2019; or all payments received will be forfeited. The initial deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellations made before September 1 2018; guest will receive a full refund, excluding the deposit.. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made after September 1 2019. Flight itineraries must be received by February 1, 2019. Flight itineraries accepted after that date will be accessed a $20 administration fee or your transportation will not be scheduled. All payments will be accessed a 4% transaction fee After you make your first payment which serves as your deposit, you are required to make a $99.00 minimum monthly payment or your booking may be canceled for the abandonment of reservation. All previous payments will be forfeited. Payments are due on a monthly bases a five day grace period will be allowed before a $30.00 late fee is accessed. If you are a “No Show,” your reservation shall be considered canceled. No Refunds will be issued for NO Shows regardless of transportation issues due to canceled or delayed flights and/or any other means of transportation. Any request to amend or change a booking once it has been confirmed will be subject to availability. All late payments will require a late fee of $30. Late payments are subject to your room being canceled and no refunds will be issued. Please know it is your responsibility to be sure that whoever you choose as your roommate/ travel mate is also making their monthly payments. We can provide roommate account summaries upon request. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
