Pre-Registration Incentive: If your child is already enrolled at Oak Grove, you may waive the registration fee. To do this you must pay a non-refundable fee equal to $350 per child, by the end of pre-registration (February 21, 2019 6:00pm). This amount will be credited towards fall tuition. Payment and sibling discounts will be applied to August invoices.
Compliance With School Rules; Dismissal or Required Withdrawal of Students by School Administration:
(A) Parent(s) agree to comply, and to cause Student(s) enrolled by them to comply, with all School rules including, without limitation, those contained in the Parent Handbook, as such rules may be supplemented or amended (“School Rules”). The School may dismiss a Student: (i) for repeated or serious violation of School Rules by the Student or the Student’s Parent(s), as determined by School Directors, (ii) if the Student’s behavior is harmful, disruptive or threatening to other students or School personnel, (iii) for any breach of this Agreement by Parent(s), (iv) if any material information contained in the Application of Admission is materially false or erroneous, or (v) if a Parent’s behavior is harmful, disruptive or threatening to other students or School personnel. All Tuition and fees will be prorated as of the date of withdrawal pursuant to this Section A). The decision of School administration shall be final with respect to dismissal pursuant to this Section A).
(B) The School may require withdrawal of a Student if the school administration deems that the Student’s behavioral or academic needs cannot be met by the school. All Tuition and fees will be prorated as of the date of withdrawal pursuant to this Section (B). The decision of School administration shall be final with respect to involuntary withdrawal pursuant to this Section (B).
Late Fee: A late fee charge of $25.00 applied to your account after the 8th calendar day of each month.
Credit Card: Credit Card payments will be made through a third party vendor, Diamond Mind, Inc, processing fees will be assessed at the time of payment. If a payment is late, using the option C monthly installment plan, for two consecutive months, a credit card will be required to secure future payments in a timely manner. Credit Card information will be kept on file for the remainder of the term of this Agreement.
After Hours Charge: Parent agrees to pay a charge of $20.00 (daily late stay fee) for every day that Student is left at school past the contracted program hours.
Amendment: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Student(s) for the 2019-2020 school year and may be amended only in writing signed by the School and Parent(s).
