  • Do you have an amazing kitchen? Have you seen someone else's kitchen in San Diego County that should be one of our Kitchens of the Year?

This is your opportunity to give that kitchen and its designer and homeowner the chance to get the recognition they deserve by being published in an issue of San Diego Home/Garden Lifestyles.

    The Contest
The Kitchens of the Year contest is a professionally juried program that honors excellence in architecture, design and creative use of materials in new and remodeled kitchen spaces. The contest is open to architects, interior designers and homeowners, and is free to enter.

    Jury
The panel typically consists of three people. These may be architects, designers, influencers and other experts—all experienced professionals in the design world who, with their expertise, evaluate the entries.

Contest entries will also be voted on by readers of San Diego Home/Garden Lifestyles in a separate online poll. This winner will appear online and potentially in the magazine as well.

    Categories
Entries are broken down into professional and amateur categories and further break downs are based upon entries received. You are encouraged to submit any kitchen space that you feel exhibits excellence in creative design.

    To Enter:
Fill out the fields below, including a description of the project, and attach photos that best represent the space.

Please note: Homes that the kitchens are in cannot be for sale or rent.

Due date for entries is Jan. 20, 2020.

Winning entries will be published in the June 2020 issue.

Readers' Choice winner(s) will appear online (and potentially in the June 2020 issue)
