I give WELS North Atlantic District Discipleship and WELS Michigan District Discipleship right to use any of my images/photos and comments for publicity purposes related directly to the mission of the NADD and MDD and the 2019 Regional Rally. Furthermore, I acknowledge that I remain fully responsible for all of my actions. I release from liability and forever discharge WELS, WELS Discipleship, WELS North Atlantic District, WELS Michigan Districtc, Shepherd University, their agents and servants, successors and assigns, directors, trustees, officers, employees, and other representatives from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses and causes of action either at law or in equity that I may have as a result of my participation in, attendance at, and travel to and from the 2019 Rally.
