    2. Once you've made your selection, the respective forms will appear below. Scroll down and fill out these sections. Note - leaving any fields marked with an asterisk (*) will prevent submission of this form.
    3. Once you're satisfied with your responses, click the "submit" button at the bottom of this page and your Canvas request will be forwarded to OIT.
  • Request a Shell: Learning management shells primarily are created and used for credit courses and connected to the course rosters from the registrar’s office. However, shells can be requested for several additional purposes via this form. Please let us know what you wish to use the shell for in the comments box, so we can look into your request and in the event that a shell is added, have it established appropriate to its use.

    Merge a Course: The general instructions on how to merge (or connect) course sections are on our website, but if further support is necessary, please contact us via this form for assistance. Merging courses could be multiple sections of a course taught by the same faculty member, or used when a course is cross-listed or in co-teaching instances.

    Blueprint a Course: You may learn about Blueprints on our website. Should you want a blueprint or even a consultation regarding what Blueprints offer, please complete this form.

    One-on-One Consultation: If you have specific course questions, needs, or if you want to push the boundaries of the Learning Management System and explore its possibilities, please contact us via this form to schedule time to meet. This form may additionally be used to schedule orientations/one-on-one trainings for new faculty/staff wanting to learn more regarding the learning management system.
