All band and color guard members stay on campus after school on game days to eat a meal and prep prior to the event. The option to prepurchase the meal package is a convenience the BPA offers and ensures your child will have the fuel needed to perform at their optimal level. The meal comes with a side, dessert, & a bottle of water. The package covers 10 total meals; football gamedays, NEISD Fall Festival, and 2 for play-offs. The cost of the meal package is $75.
If you do not participate in the meal package, a meal must be brought to the school for the performer no later than 4:15 pm. If delivering food, please plan accordingly, as traffic can get very heavy at the school around this time.
This offer is a complete package only. If declining the package, please select that option for every meal.
***It is important for every band and color guard member to fill out this form, even if declining meals. The form will have you fill in any food allergies your student may have. When meals are provided at competitions (included in competition fees), we need to know your student's allergies so that we can accommodate everyone.
