Persons who are eligible to receive DISABILITY LIVING ALLOWANCE at the HIGHER RATE for mobility reasons or PERSONAL INDEPENDANCE PAYMENT (MOBILITY COMPONENT enhanced rate) can only be renewed with proof of disability.
