    Your credit card will be charged immediately upon clicking “Accept Conditions and Submit Payment.” There will be NO refund in the event of cancellation. Name change and substitution requests must be received by Jul. 31, 2018, 11:59 PM PST. 

    "SQ*TEAM EVEREST GOSQ." will appear in your credit/debit card statement. Do NOT dispute that transaction.

    Hotel reservation: Team Everest highly recommend convention attendees to stay at Tropicana Las Vegas Casino Hotel Resort, for better event experience. When booking at Tropicana Las Vegas Casino Hotel Resort, your credit card will be charged for the refundable deposit of one night’s room and tax..

    Our group rate cut off date is Jul. 6th, 2018. You may change the names and dates on your reservation, however, the deposit will be your responsibility.  Should you choose to transfer your reservation to another name, you will be responsible for the exchange of financial responsibility to the new guest on your own. 

    Team Everest reserves the right to accept, reject, or condition acceptance, based on Team Everest's sole discretion, for any reason, which need not be disclosed to the applicant. By registering for this event, you agree to hold harmless for any damages or injuries to property or individuals that may occur during the conference. You also agree that Team Everest may use and distribute your image, name, and voice in all forms of media.
