• Program Proposal

    After completing comprehensive assessment, use this form to submit program proposals to the curriculum committee. Program proposals include changes to program requirements, changes to program descriptions or goals,program deletions, and the creation of new programs. New program approval is a multi-step process that can be discussed with the curriculum committee prior to completing this form. Since this form is linked to comprehensive assessment, it should be turned in by November 30; however, submissions will be accepted through January 2.
