2- Click "RSVP Yes" on the Meetup website for this event.
3- Please use the Hiker name you use for Meetup as your Hiker ID for this form... Otherwise we are unable to match forms and participation list.

Both names have to be identical!
4- Pricing and Practical info

Please note this is not a luxury trip...!

Participation fee:

RM1,930.00/pax (deposit + quarterly payment)
RM1,945.00/pax (deposit + monthly payments)
non-refundable deposit of RM1,000.00 to be paid upon booking in order to confirm your spot

meals not mentioned above. Not everybody likes Japanese food so most meals are excluded from the package.

Arrival and departure:

There is no flight that arrives on time early morning on 30/07/2018, hence you have to arrive in Tokyo on 29/07/2018. However our programme only starts on 30/07/2018, so lodging in Tokyo will be on your own account
Arrive in Tokyo latest on 29/07/2018 - night
Leave Tokyo not earlier than 03/08/2018 - before noon

Cancellation policy:

it is the participant's onus to find their own replacement and to make their individual financial arrangements. Do keep us updated.
if the participant is unable to find their own replacement, the following scheme will apply:
until 29/03/2018: the balance payment is 100% refundable in case full payment has been made; deposit RM1,000.00 remains strictly non-refundable
until 29/04/2018: the balance payment is 50% refundable in case full payment has been made; deposit RM1,000.00 remains strictly non-refundable
until 29/05/2018: the balance payment is 20% refundable; deposit RM1,000.00 remains strictly non-refundable
after 29/05/2018: no refund whatsoever can be claimed
