- it is the participant's onus to find their own replacement and to make their individual financial arrangements. Do keep us updated.
- if the participant is unable to find their own replacement, the following scheme will apply:
- until 01/02/2018: the balance payment is 100% refundable in case full payment has been made; deposit RM195.00 remains strictly non-refundable
- until 01/03/2018: the balance payment is 50% refundable in case full payment has been made; deposit RM195.00 remains strictly non-refundable
- until 01/04/2018: the balance payment is 20% refundable; deposit RM195.00 remains strictly non-refundable
- after 01/04/2018: no refund whatsoever can be claimed
