  • Please indicate which Festival programming you plan to participate in.

    The Expo Day, will be held March 17, from 10 AM - 2 PM at Seville Square. We are seeking booths will all manner of hands on science activities. Not sure what might be good? We can make recommendations!

    We will also hold a field trip day on Friday, March 16, from 10 AM - 1 PM to provide an opportunity for students to attend. We ask that Expo Day participants consider participating also in the field trip day to enhance the experience for the students.

    The Flight Day will be held at the Escambia County 4-H Center and will explore all things that fly. This could be drones, bottle rockets, paper airplanes, birds, butterflies, bats.... 

    In addition to these events, we are seeking organizations that are willing to have events related to the festival throughout the week. These could include workshops, facility tours, special lectures, and more and can target families or adults only. These can also be existing programs your organization is already holding.

  • There will only be limited electricity available. We will attempt to accommodate needs, but recommend planning on not having electricity.

    In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Festival, Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Pensacola MESS Hall and the City of Pensacola, its representatives, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liability (including judgments and settlements), damages, and expenses (including attorneys fees) for any acts or omissions of Exhibitor, its representatives, agents, employees or servants related to the Festival.

  • Festival Participant Fee

    Due to the generosity of Festival sponsors and a matching grant from the Sloan Foundation, the costs of the exhibit space is subsidized for all participating Exhibitors. We appreciate the time and talent you are contributing to make this event a success. However, there is still a cost per booth of $100. We will waive this cost if requested. We are also seeking additional sponsorships. Please consider making an additional contribution or contact us about additional sponsorship levels.
