  • Welcome to Camp G.USA!

Please know of our "Three Tier Security Check-Out System":

This process is in place to ensure all of our campers are being picked up safely and securely by the proper person. Please make sure you are prepared to do the following when you arrive, the only exception to these steps is when our staff can identify you by face recognition.

To pick up a camper you must pass these 3 thresholds:

    01) Your name must be listed on the family account.

    02) You must have and present a photo I.D.

    03) You must know security word on file.

(if you are unsure if you have a security word on file yet, you must contact us!)

All parents/guardians will check their child out at the front desk.

Pick up is at 3:00 PM, come a little early to avoid the rush! Later pick-up times are available, please note that early drop off and later pick up care is not gymnastics camp. It is likened to an after school care program where the children will be kept entertained with games and fun in the After School Program areas.

If you are picking up after 3:15 PM, you will check your child out at the front desk via our Three Tier Security Check-Out System. However, instead of a coach escorting your child down to you, as during our 3:00 PM pick up time, you will instead take the authorization slip to the Late Pick Up room. You must hand the authorization slip to the coach that is with your child.

If you have any questions, conerns, or thoughts, let us know! We hope your camper enjoys their time at Camp G.USA!

  • Welcome to Open Gym!

Please understand that, unlike some of our other programs, our Open Gyms are not "lock down" events. We advise you to stay and watch your child the entire event. They are free to leave the gym floor and walk into the lobby at any time and are not directly accounted for by any staff member. If you are comfortable with leaving your child at the Open Gym event, please understand you do so by your own free will with the knowledge that nobody is directly monitoring your child's whereabouts. Staff is on the floor to ensure safety and fun, but at these particular events, staff are not ensuring that children stay on the gym floor.

  • Welcome to Open Play!

Please recall parent participation is required, parents must remain with their children the entire event and not allow them to wonder far off on their own. Staff members are present to assist as needed but parents should not leave their child's side at these events.

Remember that as with any gymnastics center, the floors are uneven and with different textures. An area that looks solid may be squashy and items that look soft may be hard! Please be very cautious and experiment with care and diligence.

  • Welcome to our Open House!

Adults and children welcome inside the gym area!

However, remember that as with any gymnastics center, the floors are uneven and with different textures. An area that looks solid may be squashy and items that look soft may be hard! Please be very cautious and experiment with care and diligence.

  • Welcome to our Parents Night Out Bash!

When you check in your child at the bash you will receive a slip of paper that matches your child's "Safety Number" for the night. To pick up your child after or during the event, you must present this exact slip! If you lose the slip you will need to check out your child via our "Three Tier Security Check-Out System"

      Release Waiver
      Assumption of Risk and Indemnity

Gymnastics and all of its auxiliary and offspring programs are relatively safe activities, especially when considering the safety measures, professional equipment, and high-level training GYMNASTICS USA utilizes and partakes in. Yet, any time an activity involves height and momentum, there is a risk of minor to severe injury. In order to make our program as safe as possible, all of our staff members are required to go through our proprietary training courses which include our propitiatory Basic First Response & CPR Certificate program. The course not only trains our instructors in First-Aid but also, through our coaching certificate courses, we create scenarios of potential risk, which instills a safety conscious philosophy that is applied to our methods of instruction.

In consideration of participating in GYMNASTICS USA, I represent that I understand the nature of this Activity and I hereby for myself, my children, my heirs and executors vow that if any of the aforementioned should partake in physical activity at GYMNASTICS USA, the same shall be qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activity. I acknowledge that if I believe event conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the Activity. I fully understand that this, similar to all other sports and activities, involves risks of bodily injury, including permanent injury, which may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the “Releasees” named below; and that there may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages I incur as a result of my participation in the Activity.

I further acknowledge, understand, appreciate and agree that my participation may result in possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including, but not limited to, MRSA, Influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation and exposure.

I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue GYMNASTICS USA, its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place, (each considered one of the “RELEASEES” herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages, on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the “Releasees” or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and future agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, which may incur as the result of such claim. Furthermore I hereby authorize GYMNASTICS USA to utilize any photography, video, or other likeness of myself for advertisement use, promotional use, training education, and/or any other reasonable purposes that GYMNASTICS USA may see fit.
