NOTE* Space is outside space only with no electrical. Vendor is responsible for their own space setup (tent, table, chairs, etc). Space is limited (only guaranteeing space for 40). Space will only be secured with a registration application and payment. Placement and participation of vendors is at the sole discretion of My Warrior’s Place.
Upon receiving application and payment for space from a vendor, vendor will be notified by email of confirmation of their acceptance and participation approval or denial of their application. If your application is not accepted you will be refunded your fee. Setup cannot begin before 7:00am without special permission. Due to Hook's & Sunset Grill sponsorship for this event any additional food and drink vendors will be extreamly limited.
