Arrival and departure:
- Arrive in Luang Prabang latest on 25/02/2018 - 03:00pm
- Leave Luang Prabang not earlier than 28/02/2018 - 03:00pm

- it is the participant's onus to find their own replacement and to make their individual financial arrangements. Do keep us updated.
- if the participant is unable to find their own replacement, the following scheme will apply:
- until 25/11/2017: the balance payment is 100% refundable in case full payment has been made; deposit RM180.00 remains strictly non-refundable
- until 25/12/2017: the balance payment is 50% refundable in case full payment has been made; deposit RM180.00 remains strictly non-refundable
- until 25/01/2018: the balance payment is 20% refundable; deposit RM180.00 remains strictly non-refundable
- after 25/01/2018: no refund whatsoever can be claimed
