Otherwise register first; it's free!
2- Be sure you have already submitted the one-off Membership Form (introduced end May 2017)

3- Click "RSVP Yes" on the Meetup website for this event.
4- Please use the Hiker name you use for Meetup as your Hiker ID for this form... Otherwise we are unable to match forms and participation list.

Both names have to be identical!
5- Pricing and Practical info

Participation fee:

US$680.00/pax (if 5 to 10 participants)
US$615.00/pax (if more than 10 participants)
You will receive payment instructions via e-mail immediately upon submitting this form
Strictly non-refundable deposit of RM500.00 to be paid upon booking in order to allow us to confirm your spot in Nepal.

Payment schedule:

(*) Monthly payment taken into account will be RM420.00

What's included:

airport pick-up and drop-off in Kathmandu
one night hotel stay in Kathmandu plus breakfast
two nights hotel stay in Pokhara plus breakfast
return land transportation Kathmandu-Pokhara-Nayapul
mountain guide
private porter for 10-12kg of your personal belongings
permits and entry fees
accommodation in tea houses during the trek
rental of sleeping bag and/or downjacket (refundable deposit might be required)
breakfast and lunch on Day 2
all meals from breakfast on Day 3 until dinner on Day 12 unless stated otherwise
one hot drink during breakfast in the tea houses
hot spring visit
basic rescue assistance

What's not included:

airfare to/from Kathmandu
tourist visa for Nepal
meals not mentioned above, i.e. dinner on Day 1 and Day 2
drinks and beverages during lunch and dinner
drinks and beverages apart from the meals
travel insurance
personal expenses (toiletries, boiled drinking water, hot shower, snacks, telecommunication,...)
tips for porters and guides (compulsory...!)

Cancellation policy:

it is the participant's onus to find their own replacement and to make their individual financial arrangements. Do keep us updated.
if the participant is unable to find their own replacement, the following scheme will apply:
until 26/12/2017: the balance payment is 100% refundable in case full payment has been made; deposit RM500.00 remains strictly non-refundable
until 26/01/2018: the balance payment is 50% refundable in case full payment has been made; deposit RM500.00 remains strictly non-refundable
until 26/02/2018: the balance payment is 20% refundable; deposit RM500.00 remains strictly non-refundable
after 26/02/2018: no refund whatsoever can be claimed
