Please note this is not a luxury trip...!

Participation fee:
- RM655.00/pax (deposit + balance payment)
- non-refundable deposit of RM155.00 to be paid upon booking in order to confirm your spot
- balance of RM500.00 to be paid latest by 01/12/2017
- You will receive payment instructions via e-mail immediately upon submitting this form - check your spam folder...
What's included:
- hike to viewpoints, waterfalls and volcano
- hotspring
- transfer from/to the airport
- all A/C vehicle transfers (driver, petrol, toll, parking)
- Medan city tour
- guides for Kolam Abadi
- life vest for Kolam Ambadi
- park entrance fees
- 3 nights lodging based on twin or triple sharing
- all meals from lunch on day 1 till breakfast on day 4
- one bottle mineral water per day
What's not included:
- airfare to/from Medan
- meals not mentioned above, i.e. breakfast on day 1 and lunch on day 4
- travel insurance
- personal expenses
Arrival and departure:
- Arrive in Medan latest on 01/02/2018 - 06:45am
- Leave Medan not earlier than 04/02/2018 - 03:00pm

Cancellation policy:
- it is the participant's onus to find their own replacement and to make their individual financial arrangements. Do keep us updated.
- if the participant is unable to find their own replacement, the following scheme will apply:
- until 01/10/2017: the balance payment is 100% refundable in case full payment has been made; deposit RM155.00 remains strictly non-refundable
- until 01/11/2017: the balance payment is 50% refundable; deposit RM155.00 remains strictly non-refundable
- until 01/12/2017: the balance payment is 20% refundable; deposit RM155.00 remains strictly non-refundable
- after 01/12/2017: no refund whatsoever can be claimed
