Please note this is not a luxury trip...!

Participation fee:
- RM790.00/pax (deposit + balance payment)
- non-refundable deposit of RM190.00 to be paid upon booking in order to confirm your spot
- balance of RM600.00 to be paid latest by 19/11/2017
- You will receive payment instructions via e-mail immediately upon submitting this form - check your spam folder...
What's included:
- all overland transfers from Surat Thani airport onward
- all meals from dinner on day 1 till breakfast on day 4
- long boat transfers on Cheow Lan Lake
- accommodation in (mixed) dormitory style in Khao Sok
- accommodation in (mixed) dormitory style or twin/tripple sharing in floating 'bungalow'
- swimming, hiking, kayaking in Cheow Lan Lake area
- evening and morning safari on the lake
- exploring cave in Cheow Lan Lake area
- hike in Khao Sok National Park
- permit fees Khao Sok National Park
- permit fees Khlong Phanom National Park
- hike in Khlong Phanom National Park
- river tubing fees
What's not included:
- airfare to/from Surat Thani
- meals not mentioned above, i.e. lunch on day 1 and day 4

Arrival and departure:
- Arrive in Surat Thani latest on 19/01/2018 - 11:45am
- Leave Surat Thani not earlier than 22/01/2018 - 10:15am

Cancellation policy:
- it is the participant's onus to find their own replacement and to make their individual financial arrangements. Do keep us updated.
- if the participant is unable to find their own replacement, the following scheme will apply:
- until 19/11/2017: the balance payment is 50% refundable in case full payment has been made; deposit RM190.00 remains strictly non-refundable
- until 19/12/2017: the balance payment is 20% refundable; deposit RM190.00 remains strictly non-refundable
- after 19/12/2017: no refund whatsoever can be claimed
