Let's stop making things so complicated and get back to the basics of simple exercise and nutrition. Open to both members and non-members.
*An activity tracker is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to participate in this program.
Program Includes:
- Booklet of simple & applicable nutrition and healthy habits information
- 5 x 20 minute workouts that can be done ANYWHERE!
- 4 face-to-face meet-ups - includes workout, education, weigh-in and Q&A
- Weekly email with tips & motivation for 8-weeks
- Unlimited Q&A with your trainer (Jill Martino) for 8-weeks
This program is for EVERYONE (beginner to advanced) ages Jr High & Up - Spouses/Families are encouraged to do it together

If you need to mix-up the days (come on either a Mon or Sat), that is fine.
- Saturdays, Sept 23, 30, Oct 7 and 28 - 9:45-10:45am OR
- Mondays, Sept 25, Oct 2, 9 and 30 - 10:45-11:45am
