Please fill out the below form to determine the number of badges needed.
Badges cannot be used by anyone other than exhibitors. Show management reserves the right to check the ID of anyone wearing a badge and to check it against this form. Any person wearing a badge that is not on the Badge Stafﬁng Form will be asked to purchase a general admission ticket or will be removed from the Show.
Badges will be distributed at the HMCBA ofﬁce on a speciﬁed time AND in the Show Ofﬁce, but will not be released until Show Management has this form on ﬁle for your company.
Names will not be printed on the badges, only company name and booth number, so the badges are interchangeable between your staff members working in your booth.
If additional badges are needed, the cost before July 28 is $3 each. There is a $5.00 charge for a badge reprint or for badges over your free allotted badges after July 28. Please instruct booth personnel that if they lose their badge, they will be responsible for the fee.
