Class attendance is vital for your education. You should make every effort to arrive on time. If you arrive late, you are bound by this policy.
'Late arrival' is arrival after the mandatory check-in date for your student group. Check-in dates are shown on the Late Arrival Request form (below), on the reminder email sent to the students by the Registrar's Office at the end of the Winter Semester, emails sent out by the College during the summer, and on the Academic Calendar (on the Registrar's Office webpage).
You request approval for late arrival by filling in the request form below. Approval is granted at the discretion of the Registrar.
The last day returning students can arrive is the last day of Add/Drop for Term 1.
Note: Arriving outside your scheduled check-in time creates extra work for several members of our team. Because of this, a late check-in fee will be applied to help cover the additional work and coordination required.
