Unit Completion Notification- P&D
After collecting all the learner evidence needed to complete a unit and saving your report on the app, select C from the drop-down (click the arrow under the unit column for that learner. If you have collected any witness testimonies you can send these by uploading them to the form (click browse to select the witness testimony you want). Finally add any comments you wish in the comments box then click submit, to send your form to Assessor Support.
What happens next
On submission of this report, Assessor support will create your report for you and save the formatted report to your shared dropbox folder (in the learners sub-folder). You will be notified once this is done so you can open the report and add your narrative for the evidence collected. Once done click save to save you report replacing the previous document. Inform Assessor Support and they will then upload the report and map it too skills file for the IQA process to take place.
