1.) Personal Injury (safety concerns of employees, clients, volunteers, and others at LCCAP facilities)
2.) Property Damage due to inclement weather/natural disaster, vandalism, excessive use, etc.
3.) Employee Practices (negligence, poor conduct, poor performance, misuse of social media, etc.)
4.) Legal (illegal activity, fraud, breach of confidentiality, non-compliance, misuse of funds, etc.)
5.) Agency Reputation (bad PR, poor employee morale, data breach, lack community connection, etc.)
6.) Financial (lack cash flow, inadequate checks and balances system, loss of significant funding, etc.)
7.) Operational (inefficient organizational structure, high turnover, loss of significant management, etc.)
8.) Political (Decisions that impact economy, funding, infrastructure, stakeholders, etc.)
