The Institute agrees to provide the MW study programme to you in return for the payment of the Institute’s tuition fees. The Institute sets the fees on an annual basis.
Please read the full terms and conditions below, taking particular note of the following:
Payment deadline
29 September 2017 for Stage 1 students. 13 October 2017 for Stage 2 students. If you do not meet this deadline you will be charged an administrative fee of £130 (incl VAT) although we cannot guarantee a place on the programme in these instances and your registration on the programme may be cancelled.
Cancellations and “Cool Off” Period
The Institute has a “cool off” period which runs between the date on which you apply and the date of issue of the acceptance letter by the Institute (inclusive). During this period, you may cancel the Learning Agreement without incurring a cancellation fee. With the exception of the application fee (which is non-refundable), you will receive a full refund of the fee you have paid or a waiver of any fee you are liable to pay.
Stage 1 students will be charged 25% of the Study Programme fees if you cancel any time after either the date of issue of the acceptance letter by the Institute and before the 29 September 2017. 100% of your Study Programme fee will be charged if you cancel on or after 29 September 2017.
Stage 2 students will be charged 25% of the Study Programme fees if you cancel any time after either the date of issue of the acceptance letter by the Institute and before 13 October 2017. 100% of your Study Programme fee will be charged if you cancel on or after 13 October 2017.
