As a participant in the TAMJAMS, Inc. event (Workshop), you hereby grant permission to TAMJAMS, Inc. (TAMJAMS) the use of your image in photos and video for advertising purposes. You hereby agree to indemnify and forever release, discharge and acquit TAMJAMS, including Tamara Squires, Brett Hullinger and/or any of their employees, teachers, independent contractors and agents from any and all claims for damages or injuries of any kind, nature or description, resulting from your participation in the Workshop, including, without limitation, you release TAMJAMS, Tamara Squires, Brett Hullinger and/or any of their employees, teachers, independent contractors or agents from any and all claims for any injury or damage caused by or resulting from the negligence of each of them. You acknowledge and agree that certain types of injuries are common and inherent in dance-related activities. This release includes but is not limited to that type of injury. This release shall be binding upon and inure to the beneﬁt of TAMJAMS, their successors, assigns and personal representatives.
