This form is for those who have a desire to serve as a pastor or staff member in a MTSBC church. The MTSBC does not serve as a placement agency, but upon the request of a MTSBC church, we provide resumes we have received. Upon request, we also offer guidance to pastor search teams, but each church completes their own search and vetting process.
Many of our MTSBC churches are small in size and in rural areas. Most are bi-vocational roles. Serving in Montana requires a clear calling and a willingness to adapt to the culture and ministry context of Montana.
