* Twelve to seventeen hours per semester are considered full-time enrollment. The normal freshman load is fourteen to sixteen credit hours.
* Students DECLARING A MAJOR will have courses scheduled for them as required by the program of study. Students should also indicate their preference for the general education requirements listed below as they will be selected to fill in the remainder of the fall schedule.
* Students who DO NOT DECLARE A MAJOR will be scheduled into general studies requirements along with other courses related to their interests.
All students must complete general education requirements over the course of four years at Wesleyan. Please refer to the general studies summary. We have listed general studies courses offered this fall that are appropriate for freshmen. To assist us in designing a fall semester schedule appropriate for you, select your first, second and third choices of courses in each category according to your personal interests. Based upon review of courses that you have already completed based upn a transcript review, we will choose general studies options that you still need to fulfill upon transferring to Wesleyan. Additional courses that satisfy general studies requirements will be available in other semesters.
