* Twelve to seventeen hours per semester are considered full-time enrollment. The normal course load is fourteen to sixteen credit hours.
* Students DECLARING A MAJOR will have courses scheduled for them as required by the program of study. Students should also indicate their preference for the general education requirements listed below as they will be selected to fill in the remainder of the fall schedule.
* Students who DO NOT DECLARE A MAJOR will be scheduled into general studies requirements along with other courses related to their interests.
All students must complete general education requirements over the course of four years at Wesleyan. Please refer to the general education curriculum available at https://www.wvwc.edu/academics/academic-services/ for an outline of specific requirements. Based upon a review of courses that you have already completed based upon a transcript review, we will choose general studies options that you still need to fulfill. To assist us in designing a fall semester schedule appropriate for you, select your first, second and third choices of courses in each category according to your personal interests. (Indicate them by marking #1, #2 and #3 in the blank provided or NI if not interested this semester.) Additional courses that satisfy general education requirements will be available in other semesters. Course descriptions can be found on-line via the Wesleyan homepage at http://www.wvwc.edu/academics/catalogs-credits-courses.
