  • Summary Procedure:

    When an email / message with the subject/title "Step3-Request” is sent from your teacher on the 3rd week of a contract period, then the following processes are performed within 7 days from the received date of the said email above.

    CAUTION!
    Complete this Step3-Form with your true and correct information, then click the "Submit" button and you will be redirected to PayPal payment page. Please finish the whole process. Thank you.

    *Available Payment Processors are PayPal/Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover. You may create a PayPal account at PayPal payment page at the same time if you hope so.

    Step 1: Fill-in EIGORU-en Step3-Form, attach your correct Lesson Sheet with your complete sign OK and sign YES then click "Submit".

    Step 2: After clicking submit, then you will be redirected to PayPal payment page and please finish sending payment details. PayPal is a secured payment gateway.

    Step 3: You will receive your submitted data to the email address you input from "Student Email Address."


    IMPORTANT NOTES:
    ✻ Student must NOT fill-in this "EIGORU Step3-form" if the teacher has NOT YET sent the Step3-Request Mail.

    ✻ Upon processing this form, you are required to attach (upload) the completed (with signed YES and OK) Lesson Sheet. Please prepare the latest edited Lesson Sheet on a PC / smartphone.

    ✻ Once again, student must finish the entire process for sending lesson fee payment after clicking "Submit."

    ✻ There’s no need to wait for the date when the payment will arrive at EIGORU.

    Reason: When we receive this form data, we'll check our bank account and edit/put a mark/flag about received payment. When we check the bank account and there is no payment, it will be a burden for us to do additional research because we have such a huge office tasks. Please give us your kind cooperation so that this input will be done after receiving payment.


  • Attach the Most Recent Lesson Sheet
    The Lesson Sheet FILE NAME should have the format like below 
    yyyymmdd.StudentNickname.0000-TutorNickname.V01.000YEN

    Please make sure that there is NO percentage symbol ( % ) to avoid corrupted file. Thank you.
