How can we be most generative in ours 60s and early 70s?
How do we continue to grow and deepen our spiritual lives as we age?
Based on the book Wise Aging by Rabbi Rachel Cowan and Dr. Linda Thal, Rabbi Lenore Bohm will lead a 4-session class that will cover these questions as well as provide opportunities to address these issues: what does Judaism teach about aging and aging well, how to harvest decades’ worth of experience and perspective, and how to become an example of wisdom and legacy.
There is no homework. Each session will include time for presentation, discussion and personal journaling or reflection.
$80 member / $100 non-member for the series
Must have a minimum of 10 participants
Rabbi Bohm completed a 2-day training offered by the Institute for Jewish Spirituality as preparation for teaching this class. This is the third time she is offering it in San Diego County and participants have been uniformly enthusiastic about the experience.
