The all-volunteer Deep Ellum Community Association hosts a "Deep Ellum Village" within the Deep Ellum Arts Festival, including a food court featuring Deep Ellum restaurants, merchandise booths, Deep Ellum art and music, and booths for Deep Ellum businesses/artists/makers/craftspeople.
Deep Ellum Village Location: NE corner Malcolm X & Main.
April 6: 11am to 11pm. / April 7: 11 am to 11pm. / April 8: 11am to 8pm.
Your cost for a 10'x10' business/artist/craftsperson booth will be DECA's cost which is expected to be $350 for the space, 10x10 tent, electricity, table, and chairs. A Deep Ellum based/related person/entity may apply for a subsidized discount of up to 50% on one booth. Booths may be shared and costs split. You can decorate your booth however you choose. Depending on what you would like to do in the booth, we may need to submit your plan and seek approval from the Festival operator.
YOUR BOOTH MUST BE SET UP AND OPERATING AT ALL TIMES! (INCLUDING FRIDAY afternoon) except with our permission.
