Family Roots Tuition - Session 1:
Fall begins September 15th - $50.00 = 5 classes
Winter begins December 1st - $60.00 = 6 classes (12/1, 12/15, 1/12, 1/26, 2/9, 3/9)
Spring begins March 23rd - $60.00 = 6 classes (3/23, 4/6, 4/27, 5/11, 5/25, 6/8)
Family Roots Tuition - Session 2:
Fall begins September 22nd - $50.00 = 5 classes
Winter begins December 8th - $60.00 = 6 classes (12/8, 1/5, 1/19, 2/2, 2/16, 3/2)
Spring begins March 16th - $70.00 = 7 classes (3/16, 3/30, 4/20, 5/4, 5/18, 6/1, 6/15)
2017-2018 Breaks (no classes):
Fall Break: November 20th-24th
Winter Break: December 18th- January 1st
Mid-Winter Break: February 19th-23rd
Spring Break: April 9th-13th
Terms and Conditions
Once enrolled you will be sent an invoice with the total tuition due. Your 2017/2018 Family Roots payments can be made by check or by credit card. If you are paying by credit card there will be a 3% service fee applied. To pay by check we ask that you mail your check to our business address and to send us an email alerting that you have sent in your payment. Please do not hand checks to our Forest School teachers, they have their hands full with other responsibilities.

You can receive 1 free class by paying in full for the year at the time of registration.
30-day notice must be given for withdrawal from the program. If less than 30-day notice is given before a change of enrollment or a withdrawal from the program, tuition must be paid through 30 days from the time notice of withdrawal is given. Any tuition that has been paid beyond those 30 days will be refunded.
If a participant is withdrawn more than 30 days before the start date of the program, any tuition paid will be refunded in full.
Camp Roots reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse an application or dismiss a child from camp. A child may be dismissed if the child’s behavior interferes with the rights of others, or if the child is not meeting the camper readiness requirements and is unable to follow the general flow of the class. NO refunds will be given for children who are dismissed from the program due to behavioral issues. Tuition must be paid through 30 days following the date of dismissal.
Medical reason for cancellation: We understand that medical issues may arise. Please inform us as soon as possible of your need to withdraw from the program. We will ask that you submit a written excuse from your child's physician. A full refund will be granted for classes not taken in the case of a medical cancellation.
