  • The Office of Admissions welcomes students that have been accepted and plan to enroll at West Virginia Wesleyan to complete the Intent to Enroll and Housing Request Form. This form is used to secure your place in the incoming class. Once completed, you will be redirected to a page where you can submit your enrollment deposit. If you haven't been accepted for admission, please click here to complete the online application.

  • Please note that name, home address, phone number, and email address will be provided to your assigned roommate.

  • Residence Hall Request

  • Standard housing deposits are refundable until May 1st in the event you decide to attend another institution.

  • The $500 deposit for Premium Housing includes the $200 enrollment deposit and a $300 housing deposit for premium housing consideration. The $200 enrollment deposit portiion is refundable until May 1st in the event you decide to attend another institution. The $300 housing deposit portion is non-refundable.

  • Students are guaranteed four years on-campus housing. Premium residence hall assignments include suites in Dunn Hall and Fleming Hall, and those placements are first come, first served. While we cannot guarantee placement into any specific standard or premium residence hall, we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific halls.

  • All students requesting a residence hall assignment must complete the Student Information Sheet found on the back of this form.

  • It is the practice of the Office of Campus Life to respond to students with special needs to make accommodations when possible. These needs might include a unique meal plan for dietary restrictions, an air conditioned residence hall, a private bathroom, or other accommodations directly related to a medical issue that can be supported by a doctor's recommendation. In this regard, please let us know by May 1st if you need any special accommodations related to your on-campus housing or meal plan by contacting us at 304-473-8441 or via email at housing@wvwc.edu. Special accommodations are subject to availability and offered on a first come, first served basis.

  • *An immediate relative is defined as a parent, legal guardian, aunt or uncle. Students meeting this requirement must also graduate from a high school in Lewis, Randolph and Upshur counties. Other cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    Commuter status must be approved by the Office of Campus Life. Financial aid may be affected by off-campus status, and students must submit a $200 enrollment deposit.

  • RESIDENCE HALL ASSIGNMENT INFORMATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 15TH in order to obtain an assignment during the first assignment process. All forms received after the dealine will be processed in subsequent order.

  • Upon submission of the Intent to Enroll and Housing Request Form you will be redirected to a page where you will be able to make your enrollment deposit ($200 Commuter Student/Standard Housing or $500 International Student/Premium Housing).
